AdQuick 2.03 Update Change Log - 17th March 2008

  1. Pop-Under Ads Format Added - This feature can be turned off and on.
  2. "Pay Per Impression" Ads Added

  6. New admin option allowing you to turn off and on payment options for publishers. You can now offer to pay publishers by Paypal or Cheque, or just Paypal alone or Cheque alone.
  7. New licensing system in place to help speed the AdQuick script up.
  8. Bug: "Your Ad Here" Text On "Get Ad Code" Page when selected as "No" wouldn't come back when you selected "Yes" again. Fixed.
  9. Bug: Editing Targeted Ad Keywords. Keywords would be wraped with hashes (#) automatically rendering them useless. Fixed.
  10. Bug: "Would You Like To Subscribe to The AdQuick Newsletter?" text on registration page. "No" is selected by default now.
  11. Bug: After Upgrading From an Advertiser Account to an Advertiser+Publisher Account. After you enter company name, you are now taken to the account.php page.
  12. Bug: When adding new categories and sub categories in the admin area, you now cant leave the fields blank.
  13. Bug: Installing Script Into Sub Directory. On the "System Preferences" page, the "Root URL" feld now recognises the script is in a sub directory by default.
  14. Bug: Date Drop Down Menus On buy_ads.php. These menus have been made a little wider as you couldn't see the text before you selected the menus.
  15. Bug: Decimal Points. There are always two digits after the decimal point now. So £0.2 will be seen as £0.20 now.
  16. Bug: Problem Editing Pay Per Click Ads Before Completing Purchase. When you click "Edit" on the cart.php page, you can now change the amoun tof clicks you want to buy.
  17. Bug: Admin Website Stats After PPC Ad Bought. "Ads Sold Today Value:" and "Ads Sold This Week Value:" are updated correctly now.
  18. Bug: Publishers Account Balance After Admin Send Payment. Sometimes if a PPC ad had been bought and then the admins send the payments to the publishers, the publishers account balance would be re-set to a strange value. Fixed.
  19. Bug: "Earnings Today" stat in publishers control panel never use to show anything. It does now.
  20. Bug: Adding New Ad Layout Size/Lengths. You now can't leave the fields blank when adding a new ad size/length.
  21. Bug: Funds Not Credited To Advertisers Account. When an advertiser bought an ad, sometimes if they cancelled the ad before the publisher had a chance to approve/reject it, the funds weren't credited back to the advertisers account. Fixed.
  22. Bug: Admin Money Page Now Shows Postcode/ZipCode and Telephone Number When you Click On Publishers Details.
  23. Paypal Checkout Process Improved
  24. Bug: You were sometimes unable to create a new account with an emaila address that had uppercase letters. This is now fixed.
  25. Bug: Sometimes when changing templates, this would leave the admin area totally unusable. Very rare bug, but now fixed.
  26. Bug: Editing Live Image/Video Ads Fixed
  27. Ads will now only show on websites with the domain name that matches the domain name the publisher has chosen in their "My Websites" section of their control panel when they added a new website to their account.
  28. Click fraud system improved.
